Cancelation Policy

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least a (24-hour) notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than (24 hours) before it is scheduled to occur, you will be subject to a penalty/fee/rebooking charge of the full appointment fee. Please provide a cancellation notice at least (24 hours) before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
